Nengi is Adebola's twin and the quieter edge of their shared social force. She catches what he throws, names what he avoids and helps turn an unruly cohort into found family without pretending the danger has gone away.

The person behind the correction
Nengi stops Adebola's smoking eyebrows from becoming an assessment-day disaster. Her answer to his claim that everything was under control is short, specific and very difficult to argue with.
She can tease Taiwo about his scanner and still be the person who knows when play needs to stop. Pay attention to her timing: the joke, the correction and the practical act of care do different work.
